Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one e-mail management tool, which will grant you complete command over your mail accounts and email campaigns. With this easy-to-work-with interface, you can set up a brand new e-mail box account in an instant and administer its settings effortlessly. Furthermore, you can redirect electronic mail messages from one email box to another, set up mail filters, create auto-reply messages and defend your e-mail box accounts against spam e-mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can guard all your mailbox accounts against spam e-mails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unasked-for electronic mail messages will find their way into your email box. Your emails will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether an e-mail message blacklisted as spam should be erased or forwarded to a specific mailbox account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are great for filtering your incoming electronic mails on the basis of specific rules specified by you. Setting up mail filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your mail filter will be activated and will go into effect immediately. You can quickly create an email filter for any of your e-mail box accounts and change the mail filtering criteria according to your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming e-mail messages from one electronic mail account to another, or even to several other email box accounts. Simply choose the mailbox you wish to redirect mail messages from, then select the target email box and indicate if you want to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can easily set up the email client of your liking to access your email accounts. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail account you want to set up on your desktop PC or mobile device and click on the email client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new e-mail box account will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager graphical user interface, managing multiple mail accounts at the same time is a piece of cake. The Email Manager interface will also permit you to easily set up an auto-response message - specify the message you want people to notice and our system will take care of everything else. And if you would like to set up a catch-all mailbox - you can achieve that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
